As of 24 October 2026, 9:30 PM IST, Mercury is transiting Libra, not Scorpio. The essay below is the meaning of this sign placement whenever it is active.
Mercury is transiting Scorpio. This gochara mixes the planet's own nature with depth, secrecy, and irreversible loyalty. Research and strategy; not every thought should be shared. Investigative mind, psychology, occult of a clean kind, other people's ledgers. Suspicion as a default setting tires the house. Test, then trust a little.
A secret kept for dignity is not the same as a plot. Surgery of text — cutting to the root. Use the blade on problems, not on the beloved's minor error.
This describes Mercury moving through Scorpio, not a natal placement. Dignity, combustion, retrograde motion, and aspects to your chart can raise or soften every line. A personal reading names the house from your Moon and lagna, and the dasha that will ripen it.
