In this sign now Mars is at 20.61° Cancer as of 24 October 2026, 9:30 PM IST.
Mars is transiting Cancer. This gochara mixes the planet's own nature with feeling, home, and a changing tide. Anger hides in the house; protect without scalding the family. Mother, nest, and a defensive heat. Mood and blood mix. You fight for the home. You may also fight in the home. Choose the door.
Stomach, chest, and water + fire. Digestion of feeling matters. Courage in care — a night at a bedside — is a high use. Passive heat (silence, sulk, a slammed cupboard) still burns. Name it.
This describes Mars moving through Cancer, not a natal placement. Dignity, combustion, retrograde motion, and aspects to your chart can raise or soften every line. A personal reading names the house from your Moon and lagna, and the dasha that will ripen it.
