Jupiter is in Cancer as of 24 October 2026, 9:30 PM IST — house 1 from Cancer.
For Cancer Moon or lagna, Jupiter transiting Cancer occupies the 1st house from your sign, colouring body, character, and how you meet the world. This is a personal, visible period for that planet's topics. The face is kindly, teacher-like, a little larger than the room. Dharma as identity. A vow you can see. Liver, hips, optimism. Sugar of grace — a limit.
People ask you what things mean. Answer with a question sometimes. Pride in being the good one. Stay a student. A body that expands with meaning or with excess. Choose.
Count this from the natal Moon first (Chandra gochara), then from lagna. Sun-sign horoscopes omit that step. Results ripen when Jupiter's dasha or a matching transit repeats the combination. Use this as a weekly sketch, then confirm the exact house in your chart.
