Mercury is in Libra as of 24 October 2026, 9:30 PM IST — house 5 from Gemini.
For Gemini Moon or lagna, Mercury transiting Libra occupies the 5th house from your sign, colouring intelligence, children, mantra, and romance. Children, romance, mantra, and speculation are coloured. Intelligence, mantra, children as students, romance as conversation. Exams, advice, a creative product of the mind. A clever child. Do not only correct.
Speculation of ideas. A lid on the clever gamble. Teaching, entertainment of a written kind, counsel. Wit without humiliation. The fifth house hears tone.
Count this from the natal Moon first (Chandra gochara), then from lagna. Sun-sign horoscopes omit that step. Results ripen when Mercury's dasha or a matching transit repeats the combination. Use this as a weekly sketch, then confirm the exact house in your chart.
