Mars is in Cancer as of 24 October 2026, 9:30 PM IST — house 12 from Leo.
For Leo Moon or lagna, Mars transiting Cancer occupies the 12th house from your sign, colouring loss, foreign beds, sleep, and liberation. Loss, foreign beds, sleep, and expenses are coloured; many treat this as a spending gochara. Hidden fights, foreign heat, expenses of anger, a bed that is a battlefield or a truce. Work abroad in a hard role. A hospital, a harbour, a night shift. Secret enemies. Bring the file to daylight.
Sleep broken by the next war. Close the list. Charity of courage without a plaque. Do not exile yourself only to have a worthy opponent. Live.
Count this from the natal Moon first (Chandra gochara), then from lagna. Sun-sign horoscopes omit that step. Results ripen when Mars's dasha or a matching transit repeats the combination. Use this as a weekly sketch, then confirm the exact house in your chart.
