Mercury is in Libra as of 24 October 2026, 9:30 PM IST — house 3 from Leo.
For Leo Moon or lagna, Mercury transiting Libra occupies the 3rd house from your sign, colouring courage, siblings, effort, and short journeys. Effort, siblings, and short work pick up; many treat this as a helpful gochara. This is a natural mercurial house: writing, siblings, short journeys, tools of the message. Media, sales, a neighbour of ideas. Hands busy. A sibling as classmate or as rival in wit.
Scatter of projects. One manuscript. Courage of asking. Follow up. Skill of the short form — and the discipline to send it.
Count this from the natal Moon first (Chandra gochara), then from lagna. Sun-sign horoscopes omit that step. Results ripen when Mercury's dasha or a matching transit repeats the combination. Use this as a weekly sketch, then confirm the exact house in your chart.
