Mercury is in Libra as of 24 October 2026, 9:30 PM IST — house 1 from Libra.
For Libra Moon or lagna, Mercury transiting Libra occupies the 1st house from your sign, colouring body, character, and how you meet the world. This is a personal, visible period for that planet's topics. The face is clever, youthful in speech, busy in the eyes. You look like someone who can explain. Nervous vitality. Learning as identity. A second craft, a second language.
Over-talking the self. Listen as a skill. Hands and breath. A walk after a meeting. Honesty of the word is the first-house dharma here.
Count this from the natal Moon first (Chandra gochara), then from lagna. Sun-sign horoscopes omit that step. Results ripen when Mercury's dasha or a matching transit repeats the combination. Use this as a weekly sketch, then confirm the exact house in your chart.
