Jupiter is in Cancer as of 24 October 2026, 9:30 PM IST — house 8 from Sagittarius.
For Sagittarius Moon or lagna, Jupiter transiting Cancer occupies the 8th house from your sign, colouring longevity, hidden money, crisis, and research. Hidden matters, other people's money, and crisis-skill are coloured. Hidden wisdom, a crisis that becomes a teacher, occult dharma. Research, inheritance of a faith, other people's meaning and money. Humility after a fall. A guru of the underneath.
Do not make misfortune into a personality. Longevity of hope. Honest medicine. A pilgrimage through the dark.
Count this from the natal Moon first (Chandra gochara), then from lagna. Sun-sign horoscopes omit that step. Results ripen when Jupiter's dasha or a matching transit repeats the combination. Use this as a weekly sketch, then confirm the exact house in your chart.
