Mercury is in Libra as of 24 October 2026, 9:30 PM IST — house 10 from Capricorn.
For Capricorn Moon or lagna, Mercury transiting Libra occupies the 10th house from your sign, colouring career, status, and the visible karma. Career and status are coloured; many treat this as a strong gochara. Career of messages: teaching, commerce, media, accounts, a public craft of the mind. Status through skill of explanation. Bosses need your memo. A name for intelligence. Deliver, then rest.
Government desk, a firm of words, a trade of data. Overwork of the nerves. The tenth will steal sleep. Honour of the record. Do not clever-your way around a fact.
Count this from the natal Moon first (Chandra gochara), then from lagna. Sun-sign horoscopes omit that step. Results ripen when Mercury's dasha or a matching transit repeats the combination. Use this as a weekly sketch, then confirm the exact house in your chart.
